Work at Little Crickets Nursery
Due to expansion we are recruiting for full time and part time Nursery practitioners.
Due to exciting growth, Little Crickets Nursery is expanding and we are delighted to be recruiting full-time and part-time Nursery Practitioners to join our exceptional team.
Little Crickets is a thriving, all‑year‑round nursery for children aged 6 months to 4 years, nestled just outside the beautiful town of Frome. We are proud to be part of Springmead School and a wider group of schools that share a strong educational vision, creativity, and ambition. Our work with young children has been nationally recognised, celebrating the rich, child‑centred experiences we offer every day.
This is more than a nursery role. As part of our growing family of schools, there are unique opportunities for professional adventure, including the chance to travel and work within partner nurseries overseas for those who are interested. These opportunities allow practitioners to broaden their horizons, gain international experience, and bring fresh inspiration back to their practice.
We offer:
- A child-centred, inclusive environment with a supportive ethos
- Vast opportunities for professional development.
- A beautiful working environment and benefits, including lunches and generous bursaries for staff children.
- An exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant school that has consistently achieved ‘outstanding’ and ‘excellent’ judgements from Ofsted and the ISI.
- A highly competitive salary dependent on qualifications and experience.
- Generous holiday entitlement: over 6 weeks pro-rata including bank holidays.
