New Baby Room opening September 2025
We are delighted to announce our new baby and toddler room will be open from September 2025.
Our existing Nursery cares for children from 2 years old, but from September we will extend our provision to younger children from 6 months old. We are going to create an exceptional, bespoke, space, for these newest and youngest children in our community - babies and children under three years old.
The new Nursery rooms are very beautiful already, with lots of natural light and plenty of space, as well as easy access to our gardens and the village for walks. Further works will take place over the Springmead School summer holiday. Maria Keates, our Nursery Manager and Shirley Offer, our Deputy Heateacher and Head of Early Years are both Norlanders, who trained at the prestigious Norland College. They are working closely with design experts at Early Excellence and Forfar Education, our parent company, to ensure that the Nursery meets all requirements and beyond. The new Nursery space will open all year round, from 8am to 6pm, closing for a week at Christmas and bank holidays. We plan to have an additional 6 baby spaces and 15 toddler spaces in addition to our current Nursery. We will be very pleased to invite you for a tour to see the Nursery and talk through your plans and ours, to care for little ones ready for September.
